In John 3:16, it says,
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Why must we believe?
The Bible tells us in Romans 3:23,
“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”
This means that none of us are perfect; we’ve all come short of God’s perfect standard because of our sin.
Sin is simply disobeying God. We all have sinned.
Romans 6:23a warns us, “For the wages of sin is death.”
The Bible speaks of two kinds of death: physical death and second death.
Revelation 20:14 “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.”
The second death is the lake of fire (hell).
Romans 5:8-9 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
Jesus Christ paid our sin debt when He died and shed His blood on the cross 2000 years ago. He rose from the grave to prove His power over death.
Now, Jesus is in heaven preparing a place for those who accept Him as their personal Savior.

Romans 10:9,13 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Do you believe Jesus died and paid for your sins and rose again from the dead?
Would you like to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and ask Him to save you?
Simply call upon Jesus right now. This sample prayer can help you know what to say.
Jesus, I know that I am a sinner.
I know I deserve the lake of fire.
I believe that You died on the cross for me,
and rose again from the grave.
Please, Jesus, forgive me of all my sins.
Please save my soul and take me to Heaven when I die.
Thank you for saving me. . . Amen!
